What we receive

When you join a list, request availability or send an inquiry, we receive the details you submit, such as your name, email address and message. We use them to respond, administer the requested list and protect the website from abuse.

Website visits

The site may record limited operational information through our hosting provider. Optional new-session notifications contain only the page visited; they do not deliberately store an IP address or browser identifier. We respect the browser Do Not Track signal for these notifications.

Browser storage

The site uses storage in your browser to remember theme and sound choices, your private selection, the most recently viewed edition and whether a Maison note has already appeared. This functional information remains in your browser unless you clear it; it is not presented as public visitor activity.

Service providers

We may use hosting, email-delivery and AI service providers to operate the website. Information is shared only as required to provide those services. Do not submit sensitive medical, financial or confidential information through the concierge.

Your choices

You may ask to access, correct or delete information you submitted, or leave a mailing list, by writing to hello@amaotomaison.com.

Retention and protection

We retain correspondence only for as long as reasonably needed to respond, maintain requested access lists and meet operational or legal obligations. We use reasonable safeguards, but no internet transmission can be guaranteed completely secure.
