Private purchase requests

This website presents the AMAOTO MAISŌN collection and accepts requests for availability. Adding a piece to the cart or submitting a request does not create an order or take payment. A purchase is formed only after the house confirms availability, delivery terms and the final amount, and you accept that confirmation.

Prices, delivery and returns

Displayed prices are in US dollars unless stated otherwise and may change before a purchase is confirmed. Delivery destination, cost and timing are confirmed personally. Any cancellation or return terms that apply will be provided before payment so they can be reviewed as part of the purchase confirmation.

Information and wellbeing

Descriptions of ingredients, rituals, sleep, frequency, atmosphere and the Laboratory are general brand and educational information. They are not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, and no result is guaranteed.

Intellectual property

The AMAOTO MAISŌN name, visual identity, writing, imagery, films and site design are protected materials and may not be reproduced or commercially used without written permission.

Concierge

The concierge provides brief general answers and may use automated systems. It can be incomplete or mistaken. Confirm important information directly with the house before relying on it.
